Section 21
Appointment Of Registrar
(1) Government of Nepal shall appoint one Registrar to register associations or societies and perform such other functions as prescribed, subject to this Act and the Rules framed under this Act. (2) The remuneration and other conditions of service of the Registrar shall be as prescribed.
